Reason why you can request a refund without costs

– Item is faulty.
– Item has been wrongly described.
– Item is different from a sample shown to you.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit the goods.

If you request a refund for other reason as:
– simply change your mind.
– make a wrong decision.
– Other reasons

You only could request an exchange or credit for shopping, if your product has not been used.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping’s costs. In case of return, only the value of the ítem/s will be refunded.

You will dispose of 30 days to refund. Please, retain your online receipt as proof of purchase.,
